• Stencil of motor number and chassis number (in blue form)

• Latest original Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)

• Latest original Barangay Clearance

• TIN ID or any proof of TIN

• Documented Proof of Income

• Photocopy of 2 Valid ID's (SSS, Passport, Driver's License, etc.)

• Contact number (Landline and cellphone)

REQUIRED DOWN PAYMENT: 30% - 40% of the Purchase Price

COLLATERAL: Original OR/CR and PDCs

COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE: Voluntary or thru ALFC Insurance
