• Gross Monthly Sales/ Revenue of 500K

• Business existing for at least three (3) years

 

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Mayor's Permit and Barangay Permit to operate business

• DTI Registration (if single proprietor) or SEC Registration, Articles of Inc. and By-Laws, Board Resolution to borrow with Secretary Certificate for authorization to borrow and authorized signatories of corporation (if corporation)

• 3 months latest bank statements, Savings or Current Account (if current account, 2 months with negotiated checks; 1 month latest print out).
